KECH Job Application Process

To be considered for a position with KECH, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • LOCATION: Reside in one of the approved hiring locations (this can differ based on the job position you are applying for)
  • JOB QUALIFICATION: Meet the job’s basic qualifications, as outlined in the job description
  • APPLICATION: Submit an online Job Application
  • ASSESSMENT TESTS: Complete all pre-hire Assessment Tests (if required by the position)
  • INTERNET SPEED: Run an Internet Speed Test to verify you have a stable internet connection
  • TYPING PROFICIENCY: Take an online typing test to verify your typing speed/accuracy
  • RESUME: Upload an up-to-date resume

Steps for Applying for a Position with KECH

Step 1: Review Job Postings
Carefully review our open job postings (see list below), as some positions have state residency restrictions. Ensure you are applying for a position for which you meet all qualifications.

Step 2: Complete the KECH Job Application
Submit a KECH Job Application for the desired position. See Job Postings section below to start your application.

Step 3: Take three Assessments Tests (if required)
Depending on the position, you may be required to complete three short assessment tests.

Step 4: Run an Internet Speed Test
You are required to test your internet connection (remote work may require a fast internet connection).

Step 5: Take a Typing Proficiency Test
You are required to take an online Typng Test to check your typing speed and accuracy.

Step 6: Upload Your Resume
You are required to upload an up-to-date resume (in PDF format).

If your application is incomplete (i.e., missing a resume, typing test, etc) 48 hours from its submission date, it will be automatically archived, making it not eligible for consideration.
